Blood rings

I am incubating for the first time and believe I have two with blood rings. Temp and humidity have been steady at 95.5 and 45%. This is the first time I have opened the incubator - day 6. Are these blood rings? Is there anything I could have done to prevent it?

I ran the incubator empty for two days with a Govee. Both temp and humidity were comparable after the Govee was in the incubator for several hours.
