I think what I hear you saying is you would be happiest if you had hens or PTL pullets laying very blue eggs NOW. You could contact a Ameraucana Breeder Club members (who are also BYC members) such as

and ask them if they have any older birds laying blue eggs they could ship you. Or you can look a the websites for Amer Breed Club or the Araucana Breed Club for closer members to you. Perhaps they would have a blue layer that isnt quite there for conformation. Egg color is something being worked on by responsible breeders, and in all honestly I have hens from three different ABC breeders and they all lay different shades of blue. While two of them are VERY blue, I wouldnt claim their chicks would lay that color until I saw it for myself. The Rooster also contributes genes to egg color. I would think if you bought chicks from blue eggs and waited 6m for them to lay and it was light blue or greenish it would be dissapointing for you. If you are willing to put the money and travel effort into it make sure you get what you want.
