Blue/Brown Eggs, Easter/Christmas Eggs - Getting my craft on!!

I have a half a dozen of these done but just on brown eggs as that is the only ones I have but to me they look nice. I do have a suggestion though.........it is easier to blow the yolk outta the egg when it is room temperature instead of right outta the fridge.

I also had a hard time finding the scroll rub-on or stickers so I wound up getting glittering snowflake stickers in Gold and Silver (I really wanted the scrolls). I will post pics tomorrow because my camera takes better pics out side in natural lighting.

Please be honest with your opinions but don't be to hard on me

O.K. here is a pic of some of the eggs that are finished and others that aren't. I used Silver and Gold snowflakes for these. I already have more eggs sitting out so I can do something different

I was already gonna do this with my first egg, but now I think I will do more and do an egg tree, I wonder if I will be able to do enough for a 9 ft tree by this Christmas?

Yay for the egg scrambler! I forgot it was Ronco... maybe I can find another one. Mine is long gone, with the ex.
We once had a neighbor who simmered onion skins, a pot for each color-yellow & purple-put blown eggs in for an hour or longer depending on color desired, dry them a while, then scratch designs in them with a pin or scalpel. I think it was Ukrainian style.
I'll try to make some this year and take pics.
Once when DS was little, we had an egg develop some cracks but not fall apart. He drew on all the cracks with a pastel crayon. It was beautiful!
The hardest part for us was lining up the holes so they hung straight.
