Blue Prairie Bluebell - Pullet or Cockerel (Pics)

She shipped from Hoover’s as a vent sexed pullet (Prairie Bluebell) but at 6 weeks and 5 days old, her comb and wattles are much more red than her 5 sister’s nude colored, barely there combs. She is also much larger, the same size as a hen I incubator hatched a week earlier than her hatch date. Is she just a fast-developing, big girl or did we get shipped a cockerel?

There is rust coloring on her chest but zero on her shoulders. She will be 7 weeks old in 48 hours and really has me wondering!
 
I'm leaning toward cockerel, but only slightly. If you post more pictures in a few weeks it should be easier to tell the sex.
It's a beautiful bird! :)
