We have birds from this line all over Arkansas. cowboygormet, buffbeauty, heritagehabitatfarms, jimsfarmstand among others. Mine came from eggs just days before Superior Farms closed, cowboygormet bought from Superior and a few others. buffbeauty bought some of his and heritagehabitatfarms bought some from buffbeauty. Competition should be tough in Orpingtons this fall around Arkansas!

Oh, man after hearing that line up, it sure will be!

Almost the same lineup for the Buckeye! Except instead of buffbeauty we have her mother jenscott. Competition in ALL the heritage breeds is getting tough in Arkansas. Just at our county fair this year we will have competition from the poultry lines of: Dick Hortsman, Lou Horton, Andy Anderson, Roland Romig, Cecil Moore, Terry Britt, to name a few! The Drew County 4H Poultry Club members are getting hatching eggs and birds from top breeders. We won Super Grand Champion of our county fair last year because some competition were young and not in good condition. This year we have trained the kids well, they have more experience and the birds will be more mature! last year we had 106 entries with 16 exhibitors. the year before they had 13 entries and 3 exhibitors. We are hoping for 200+ entries and at least 20 exhibitors this year.

Hint: If an APA/ABA judge would like to voluntarily judge our county fair, it would be appreciated with a free BBQ dinner!
