I use PaulaJoAnne's method.
Before you boil, pierce the air cell end of each egg with a push pin. Lower them into water and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let sit 20 minutes.
Drain the water off, knock them around to smash the shells, and run very cold water over them.
Perfect peels!
