My Pekin, Waddles, has what looks like a little red injury on her Bill. Is this something to feel concerned about? Or will it heal on its own?

Should heal fine. Put some ACV in the drinking water 1 tablespoon to a gallon of water it helps with healing.

Unpasteurized. Braggs makes on but many grocery stores have their own brand now.
