It's best to wing sex right upon hatching, but I'll go for a possible cockerel due to the feather buds not being staggered. But don't go culling on this guess. It's far from accurate.

Your photo must show clearly the feather shafts on the wings. We can't make them out on your photos. Girls will have two rows of different length feather shafts. Boys feather shafts are in a single row and pretty much the same length.
