i was sick for a few days thought it was bronchidous and a bad sinus infection but felt like the flu kinda i thought i also had strep. me not thinking i went to the docs but i couldn't breath and have asthma and really bad sinus infection so had to have something. doc tried telling me it was allergies at first then after examining said i was really sick worse than he thought go home do nothing for 3 days. i had all kinds of issues going on, strep was neg so he gave me 5 script for asthma, allergies, steriod for asthma and antibiotic. he never told me what my actual diagnoses was. it has been about a week or week and a half i've been done with my meds i'm still sick with coughing can't get this junk out my lungs for nothing still gotta use my asthma meds and my lungs still burn some but the infection part is gone. i think i still got a bad case of bronchidous though so calling doc again see if he will call something in this time because i don't want to be around anyone else. swine flu never occured to me and at time i didn't have a thermomiter to check temp.

yesterday my son got sent home with a temp of 100.8 from school and with a soar throat. his sister has also had a bad dry cough and today he was sick worse with the sinus thing to like i had. since they have asthma also and my daughter is so little i took them to the docs today. it has been so horible for me i was really worried about them.

my 5 year old is fine no other symptoms. my 9 year old has the flu and his doc said he'd be home from school for a week or untill he goes 24 hours off of motrin with no fevers. rappid strep was neg also. his diag was suspected swine flu, they didn't test him but she said she was almost certain it was what he had. she said normal flu season here is not till around thanksgiveing. they r seeing alot comeing in with flu now and it is not flu season so they r calling it swine flu and telling people to quarenteen home because it is not from normal season flu. the nurse when i took my daughter back to school i updated her. she said she thought he had it also he showed all the symptoms of it that's why she sent him home(but omg he was in school all day till the end of the day!!)

i'm very worried i have 6 kid's all together and all have asthma with 2 who were hospitalized for rsv when little. one was for a week and the other for 2 weeks he relapsed once but both could relapse anytime since rsv never goes away just dormant. 4 of my kid's r fine and still in school because they said they didn't need to stay home but i think that is stupid what if this is swine and my others carry it back to school and the idiots wonder why it spreads so bad in schools. at the moment i'm very worried for what lies ahead. it is not the worst flu we have had but the fact i can't get over being sick and everyones med probs also i don't know weather to cry, think the media hype is just crazy or weather to be severly worried for my family.

they don't have the tama shots here yet and the flu vacs if we do them i'd rather we all get them at once but with some of us sick the doc said not till we were better. so none of us have had them and we have never had them before either. there has been a confirmed case 5 miles from us and about 13 suspected at least in our county. should i be really worried yet???
