Burning is probably overkill, if you're really worried about it just a 5-10% bleach solution sprayed on all surfaces should be adequate. That'd be the best way to treat the chain link too.

to be honest, i have no idea how to go about treating, but if its an respiratory infection why would you have to go to that measure? i would lime it real good tho, lime does a mulitude of sins so to speak. let the rain wash it into the ground and then lime it again, maybe three or four times. sorry, not much helpSharron, I got upset at Tim , I asked for Ideas and advice

for runs i use cyclone fencing any Idea if burning those hot hot hot would kill off anything since they have been galvanized i do not thing Bleaching them like my whole back yard and then slash Burning everything thats wood and yard Down and starting New .
Not to mention health issues breathing any fumes.The fire will burn off the zinc that is used in the galvanizing process and corrosion will begin.

I did not realize i was in a meloncoly or pitty stage as it hurt but Now I do see hope the vet was a downer but with friends i can get back to where i want to be and learnI'm glad you decided to stick it out.
