Burning is probably overkill, if you're really worried about it just a 5-10% bleach solution sprayed on all surfaces should be adequate. That'd be the best way to treat the chain link too.

Sharron, I got upset at Tim , I asked for Ideas and advice
Im working on my girls i have 25 birds i am treating making sure they are OK i have my Turkeys in the front now treating just in case i have been busy , Any Idea on how to Fix the area that the Sick Birds where in ? Just one area 10X20 I can burn the coop and Yard area but wondering about the Cyclone should i use torch and gas or ? I would like some suggestions on this or if any Better ideas thanks

I have an African Grey i have been watching as well so far no Signs she has been with me since egg 14 yrs ago
to be honest, i have no idea how to go about treating, but if its an respiratory infection why would you have to go to that measure? i would lime it real good tho, lime does a mulitude of sins so to speak. let the rain wash it into the ground and then lime it again, maybe three or four times. sorry, not much help

for runs i use cyclone fencing any Idea if burning those hot hot hot would kill off anything since they have been galvanized i do not thing Bleaching them like my whole back yard and then slash Burning everything thats wood and yard Down and starting New .

The fire will burn off the zinc that is used in the galvanizing process and corrosion will begin.

And then because I'm feeling nostalgic, and someone just pointed out to me it's still up on that site (excuse watermark I lost original file long ago) here's a picture of one of my old Light Brahma Bantam Cockerels.

I'm glad you decided to stick it out. Bad things happen to good people. Hang in there. You will have to get bantams to kick my butt, i don't have any big birds.
