OK gotta show off my cockerel I got from Susan Nichols on Dec 4. He is now 8 months old

here is a pretty good "U" shaped tail, well spread at bottom. Usually a well spread upside down "U" shaped tail comes with good width of back, and a wide skull with beetle brow. Usually a "V' or tepee, or pinched tail comes with, or is more associated with a narrow back. Good upside down"U" tails are hard to come by and most good judges pick them over a pinched tail. As most here are familiar, type sets the breed. In my opinion, wide skull, wide back, and well spread "U' shaped tail are the hallmarks of good Brahma type.
 
Thanks for doing that, I appreciate it, my kids and I are starting to show brahma's soon. We are in the process of acquiring stock now. The more we can learn know the better!!
 
dmiravalle No I havent named him yet He has a beautiful mate as well so it has to be a special Just took the measuring stick out to measure one of my blue giant jersey roosters so we measured him Hes almost 24 inches tall and my giant Colbalt is 29 inches On the brahma names I was thinking Griffin or Goliath
 
I was talking about my blue jersey giant named Colbalt I think I have one pic of him still uploaded here he is last summer

We are finally able to show him next month and were just checking him out today against his brother Indy
