thanks I wanted a buff ever since I saw Tims and then I saw all the darks, I can't have a rooster so I can't breed, and I'm probably pushing the limit on birds in my back yard, but with my bad luck 1/2 the chicks I hatched are probably roos.

Just set my first eggs for the coming Fall show season. 15 bantam light eggs. Just one pen of the lights this year. Have one SUPER headed Light Cockerel on six females. I'll start setting buff eggs the 29th. I have 2 Buff cockbirds, and one cockerel to go with 10 females, Not sure exactly how i'll mate them up yet. I feel like I have some decent birds to work with. I hope everyone is excited as I am about breeding season.

Yes, pretty chickens. Do their heads get narrower with each generation?

These ones are just young still. It seems the older they get the fuller they get in the neck,face and head.
