Breast blisters and cut up wing tips

Pics
Alright, so an update from the vet...

So she felt Eddie and didn't feel anything too off. I told her about her the curled toes and she said that could be a result from Eddie getting her head stuck between the bars of her cage 2 years ago. That getting her head stuck caused nerve damage cutting off the toes (I was told by @azygous the Eddie probably had nerve damage so I have been giving B50 complex which has not been helping)

I had her look at her eyes and while she didn't see the speckled clouds in one eye, she said she could see the dots on the other. She explained that the dots are on the cornea and could be a cataract. (If someone has dealt with this in chickens I would love advice if there is any, she didn't say much about it) she also said that the eye could have gotten a wound and that's how it ended up with the dot, I don't think she saw the other dots. I asked if the terrramycin would work and she said that if it is an old wound, it won't fix it but it won't hurt her either. I will be giving the terramycin for 5 days to just make sure.

I had her feel her preen gland, which has a weird bump in the middle. She said it could be congealed and that warm compresses should hopefully help, she was not very concerned over it.

She said that the weird tail feather growths could be because she automatically has her tail facing the ground and the feathers could be rubbing against the ground. I think she also said it could be related to nerve damage.

She looked at the breast blister, she advised me to just clean it well everyday. I mentioned that Eddie and Dev both have it so now, I think I will be putting a pad on Eddie's therapy chair and instead of my towel idea, I will go and buy foam and some sort of fabric that is washable and not hot (ANY IDEAS ON THIS WOULD HELP), if we are using foam then I don't think that bathmats will be the solution anymore.

I showed her a picture of Dev's poop, the one that looks close to a worm poop. She said that it is not diarrhea, the poop was still intact. She was not concerned about worms, she said it could easily be something with hydration. I am still open on giving dewormer though. Let me know if I should.

I showed her Eddie's poop, the one with yellow, she said that it looked more like diarrhea since there was not much poop, just urates. I do forget what she said though, since Eddie hasn't been laying she wasn't concerned about reproductive issues, although I am pretty certain she can still has reproductive issues after egg laying.

Lastly, the arthritis, she did not do x rays or anything but she could say that based on Eddie's age, it is not a surprise for this to happen.

I also mentioned Dev's leg creaking, she said that could be arthritis as well.

I did not ask about Mareks or LL, I thought that if it was obvious she should have said something and we were rushed out since I spent so long asking so many questions :lau
She looked at the eyes and never saw any pupil deformity, she may have been looking at the dots though.

She was prescribed Metacam and told to give 0.5 mL once a day.

I think I got most of my questions answered, do my experts out here have any input?

I don’t know which chicken just pooped this. Should I deworm now?

So safeguard liquid for goats... what is the dose?

Well these are poops from Dev today. I forgot so today I have started deworming. Is this poop indicating worms?

It also seems Dev, who is responsible for those poops, is not eating much. I gave her 1.1 ml of safeguard and a little extra

Would I need to worry about anything else since it seems Dev is the only one currently affected
