Breast blisters and cut up wing tips

Pics
I have never seen any eye issues in previous birds or the feather bumps, it is only in Eddie.
I currently have two hens,
Eddie has the swollen joints, suspicious eyes, and the feather bumps.
Dev doesn't seem to have any of that but her leg joints make creaky noises when I am looking at her feet.

I have never thought mareks but it could be possible.

I am planning on taking Eddie to the vet on Friday, the objective is her arthritis but it is going to be a basic exam as well. If the vet determines she has mareks then what? I don't want to be reported that I have a flock with mareks and I don't want anyone to know. Will the vet test for mareks and if so, is it a death sentence? Like will Eddie be euthanized because she can spread it to other birds or something? I may be overreacting but I am not ok with taking her to the vet if it means they will find something contagious and want to "handle" it.

Well I believe you wrote that there isn't any testing besides a toenail? But if the symptoms add up and it clearly points to mareks in the vets mind, then what

Well I would really love to know your ideas about the previous posts but I have a whole new issue. Eddie has been pooping these yellow/white liquid poops with a little green. I attached a picture of one. What is going on with her? She’s been panting a mild bit because it’s hot but that doesn’t look like a heat related poop.

Could it be something mild like worms or something bad like reproductive issues. She hasn't been given anything new.

Any ideas? Her crop is slow to digest and she hasn’t pooped in awhile. I’m giving baytril to see if that helps. Any other ideas?

Well I’m giving baytril just in case. I’m a little upset no one answered my previous questions though,
If I take Eddie to a vet and they find that her “arthritis” and eyes point to mareks, what will happen?
And a new Eddie mystery. Eddie’s wing tips get cut up, I am particularly talking about the end of her outer wing where the skin meets the first axial feather. I took a picture to help explain it. Anyways she has this thing that is growing on one of her wings, it is about an inch away from where she is getting roughed up and it’s this weird horn thing?
So if you feel the wing all chickens seem to have this jut out and it’s on the jut out where this thing is. It’s hard and it actually came off a week ago but it’s back. What could it be?

What I am asking about is the red thing by my thumb.

I'm sorry, I haven't been getting alerts for some reason. Just saw this.
I really don't know what the spot on the wing is, feather follicle is certainly possible. I think it likely the other issues with her wings are from her trying to use them to balance and move herself.
Crop issues and the poop are concerning, maybe the Baytril will help. I don't know where you are but Marek's is not usually a reportable disease. Culling a flock is generally up to the owner, most labs consider Marek's to be endemic. There are many, many, many people who have Marek's in their flocks, and many who try to breed unsymptomatic birds in order to end up with birds that are genetically more resistant to the virus. I know about the PCR test from a small blood sample, I've heard of testing of a feather shaft/follicle but don't know who does that, the only other way I know is by professional necropsy. People who send birds in for necropsy often get results that say Marek's is the underlying reason for death even though the actual symptoms were of something else, since Marek's can really weaken the immune system leaving them susceptible to other things. Sometimes Lymphoid Leukosis presents symptoms that are similar to Marek's, as well as some vitamin deficiencies. I hope you get some answers and that your vet is helpful. Honestly, any information that you come away with would likely be helpful, no matter what it is.
