Hello!!

These are the new additions to my family, Tilly and her three babies. I have no idea what breed she is, I got her from a neighbour's daughter who has a few chickens. The only thing I know about the chicks is that they are 6 weeks old (well now maybe 7 or 8, it took a while for them to arrive) and that their father is not the same breed as Tilly. I was told he was a Bantam but there are lots of different ones.
Two of the chicks are mainly brown and identical; the third one is all black and the shape of its little bum is also different (the feathers of the tails of the other two kind of stick up a bit sometimes).

Tilly makes a very special noise, it's not the typical cluck, it's something between a tweet and a purr, like a squeaky "prrrriiii". Also, if she feels threatened, she puffs the feathers of her neck.

Thanks for your help!

Tilly looks like an ameraucana or ester Egger cross. The black chick looks rumpless.
ETA: Mom is probably Easter Egger. Chicks look like they have some polish in them. Are they her chicks(as in did she lay the egg they hatched from) or did she just hatch them?

I understood that Tilly was the one laying the eggs, but honestly I can't be 100% sure. Actally my husband said he remembered the previous owner saying something about "polish", so it could be that the father was a Polish Bantam.

Hen is an Easter Egger...Looks to me like she is not the real mother but the Hen that set and hatched the eggs..Black chick looks like a Silkie cross and brown ones look to be Polish cross.....

Any idea of the gender of the chicks? Any easy indicators you might think of? I can't really approach them they just run away.
