I never thought of that. That would be hilarious to turn out with a breed like that out of random chance

It would be an awesome find to come up by chance. They're so pretty.

I know I came up with my Ixworth trio ($400 a bird) by random chance. I had ordered Light Sussex from some english Champ line and I ended up also receiving Ixworth from a perfect 100 year old lineIt would be an awesome find to come up by chance. They're so pretty.
We picked him up at a reptile show, they were there as snake and lizard feeders. My daughter and grandson each picked one to rescue. Who knows really what they are or where they even came from. I was afraid they would be roosters since they were technically feeders, I figured chance was high since they were sold for $1.
I don't know who would have the heart to feed a little chick to a snake! We picked him up at a reptile show, they were there as snake and lizard feeders. Agreed.
It being eaten by a snake probably at least gives it a point to life. At least it didn't get ground up in a machine or thrown in the trash. It’s hard when you have reptiles. We need to feed mice, rats and buggies of all sorts. We breed the rats and try to at least give them good lives while they are growing. I wish their diet didn’t consist of critters . My daughter would take them all in if she could?
