Is the wishard bronze turkey a breed, or just a bronze from the wish hatchery? I'm confused

The wishard bronze is a strain of the bronze turkey family samea as the kardosh bronze is a strain as well.

They were breed by Charles Wishard in the 40's in eastern Oregon for a eating bird that would take intensive grazing methods and be able to grow to a good size bird with a low input of bought feed and more on the grazing for their weight gains and be able reproduce.over the years they have become known as the Wishard strain.
