I know everyone always wants darker brown eggs, but for decorating,I am looking for a breed that lays really light beige/cream eggs. I do have one girl now that does but not sure she is normal for her breed. are there any breeds specifically that lay this color? I love the look of the eggs I have decorated of hers because they look almost antique and th slight tint mellows out the other colors I put on top of it. I just would like to know what my options are.

My bantam cochins lay cream eggs.

You can look under any hatchery for tinted egg layers, I think that's the phrase you want to find.

Also, most regular brown egg layers will lighten in shade a fair amount as they reach the end of the laying cycle, so eggs in the late fall will usually be lightest.

interesting...how big are their eggs?

I am looking maybe at sussex or salmon fav's. I've heard sussex can be laying machines.(not that I NEED that, but it is nice to get eggs.
