Breeds that you absolutely HATE

I dont like: Barred Rock, RIR, Delaware, Cornish X, Aseels (or any other bird that looks like them).

I dont mind leghorns, but I love everything frizzled, silkied or crested

Leghorns. Production quality Rhode island reds have to be the ugliest birds on the planet. Turkins.. gross.. Most of the old english game birds I have never had any desire to own, or the Asian fowl that is also used in fighting. They are long, lanky and just not nice.
I personally like the fat ol' farm birds that chase after you for a peice of bread or you can't find them for a month and dont' know if a fox got them untill they emerge with a clutch of chicks.

Any breed that would die left to it's own devices within a common outdoor environment, I mean really... anyone ever seen a roaming band of wild Cornish Crosses? A silkie standing guard over a freshly killed hawk? I like the old dual-purpose birds that can take care of themselves.

I really can't say I 'Hate' any breed. Some of the ones I myself personally wouldn't purposely go out and get are anything lanky and scrawny or naked('cause I am drawn to more heavy breeds). I am going to start knitting scarves for all the naked necks out there I think. They just make me cold when I look at them LOL...
