Breeds that you absolutely HATE

There is no breed I particularly hate. As it has been posted here a few times, I think, I like them all in different ways. I prefer the showy, exhibition kinds. Production type matters very little to me. The fact that my chickens lay eggs is a bonus, because I keep them for the simple fact that they make me happy. As for meat, I don't eat my chickens.

I actually like some of the uglier ones. They make them more noticeable.

But to each their own.

I dont really HATE any kind or breed but will tell you that I have a very big DISLIKE for my Buff Orpington Roo. He is just a NASTY animal. Bit me this morning and refuses to be caught or put to bed at night, while the rest of the flock just goes to bed and are handleable everyday all day. I also dont HATE but dont care for any chicken that has human flesh color legs.lol. It just freaks me out!lol.

I dont like wyandottes, orpingtons, or anything red or black or white. Or barred come to think of it. Also breeds with combs and feet are weird. Also, any breed that comes in "rooster" is bad.

Forgive me but I just couldn't resist. This thread is too funny.

When i first got chickens and started visiting this site, I really didnt like anything crested, or silkies, or naked necks. Now I am starting to like crested and silkies......but those naked necks still make me cringe!

i dont like silkies, they are just too common everyone obsesses over them cochins are way better
i dont like their purpleish blue skin it makes them look scary.
i dont like boring breeds like White Leghorns and i do not like bantam versions of standard breeds (bantam orpingtons and etc..)
