Well... We just got back from the farmer's/flea market and you will never guess what we found/bought there. 3 Show Girls. YUCK!!! We were just about to leave, and on the way out we walked past a booth that we could see what looked to be white Silkies in a cage under a table. When we asked to see them it turned out to be naked necked Show girls. My wife has been wanting one ever since she first seen one.(I didn't) Well, We left there with 3! Y-U-C-K!!!!! They are SOOO UNGLY!

Hi! Mine was great! It went by wayyyy tooo fast!

I got a new camera and a coffee press for my birthday! My sister got me the press, she always gets me things that I would never get myself! I can't wait to make some gooood coffee.

Hiya guys

Sorry I been unable to post. My teenager and DH have held my computer hostage

Anyway, I hope every one had a good weekend. We had an interesting one...We went swimming at our friends lake house most of the day yesterday, and we came home to no power. Apparently, the whole north end of our county was out of power. We broke out the generator, and had the essentials hooked up for a little bit at least.

It's all I ask my DH to bring home when he goes there. He knows better to come home without it now.

Chelsea I would love to try some. You need to bring your daughter to see my birds. The babies you saw have feathered out beautifully and I also have some new birds as well. Just call to make sure I'm home. Been working quite a bit of late.

Will do Opa. She'd love to see the birds, she likes chickens. She says they are fun to watch. The welsummers she has named, and they are getting HUGE. I have them in with the bantams at the moment. One of our bantam roo's picked on them a little bit. I'm sure as they get MUCH bigger then him he'll be in for a rude awakening.

I guess it's a case of size matters. I have two spangled hamburg roosters in the same pen as a bantam orpington and 5 bantam hens. The blue orpington is much older and twice the size of the hamburgs and he definitely rules the roost. The two hamburg cockerals are submissive to him. Yesterday I placed a pair of hamburgs out in a run with a pair of pyncheons. I wanted to get some new photos of them. As soon as the hamburg discovered the pyncheon cockeral the two of them squared off.
