There could have been another cat that she could smell and not see. That will set them off sometimes.Did it again without any cat nearby this time something is disturbing her I will be taking her for spaying tomorrow.

I am keeping her confined in a room for now.This still sounds like hormones to me. Probably a side effect to aborting her litter. If you can keep her contained in a room she feels the most comfortable in until they settle or she gets fixed.
