Broke an egg on day 7 *GRAPHIC* ...if you dont like embryos

So I got new batteries for my flashlight so I was candling my brown eggs..
Dumb Dumb me let one slip out of my hand and fall on another causing it to crack.

Well I decided there was no saving it and turned it into a science lesson for my kids and my niece. I cracked opend the egg and it was actaully pretty neat!
I pulled it out of the yoke and blood and looked at it up close. I wish I had a better camera to take super up close pictures of it but I dont

It had its wings, legs toes, EYES, and its skin looked a little scaly
The beak was really soft. It was rather interesting actually. I wont be cracking another open though

That's amazing and sad. When I had quitters I would look. Mine were the size of pennies, and it is so weird!

Wow. It's amazing how far into development they are at day 7. Already a beak!
Sorry about the loss though. I think I'd be really upset with myself if I dropped one.
