That's the name of one of our golden sex-links. She has that name because she broke her leg as a chick and my husband didn't think she would live. I asked him to try to save her anyway and he splinted her leg. At first, we put food and water right by her and her chick friends stayed with her and kept her warm. Now, she is running around the yard and the only way we can identify her is by some blue-kote on her back. We had to put it on her back so we could keep an eye on her.

Awwww poor girl. You must think her up a new name! A powerful, strong name because she's a survivor.
I have a hen named Bluey. She still has flecks of blue paint in her feathers from when we painted the coop - 5 months ago! [IMG]
