Valdoras first hachlings.. one of the only breeds that isnt supposed to be broody became broody (blue Andalusian).. Its so cute Adopted some EE x Black Pekin bantam eggs.

"SweetTea" has been the most amazing broody mom 4 times now.
This time, she was laying on two eggs...one didn't make it.
"Rainey" is feeling quite special as the only chick.
Lemonade and Brandy are her silkie parents. SweetTea is a Cochin mix.​

My 9 year old game hen "Momma Hen" and her first clutch of the season hatched January 7th. The old bat went broody in a rock cliff on the side of the hill that I could not get to, to break her up.
