So you think as soon as all the eggs have hatched it will be fine to remove the dividers?
There's also another duck and a drake with them (although also now separated from the broodies)

Yes or hatch them all together...Generally it's not a big deal having Mommas hatching together if they get along...
Just keep away from the other Ducks...
 
The problem was that I came out to find both broodies on the same nest, that's why I've separated them for now.
 
I had 2 broody ducks at one point and their ducklings hatched at the same time, but one of them only had one duckling, so i took that one duckling and gave it to the other mom and she adopted it. And the real mom forgot all about and ran back with the boys
