Broody hen question!

I have a broody hen that is sitting on eggs from my other chickens. My question is when a hen goes broody does she stop laying eggs and can I break of sitting on the eggs? We do not have a rooster so sitting on the infertile eggs obviously seems useless to me. Thanks,

Yes a broody hen will stop laying and there are different techniques to use to break her of this. I've read several, search the site, answers are there. Someone with more experience may reply, my chicks aren't laying yet and I've never had to deal with this YET!!!

to break her of it you must keep her in a seperate cage(small dog cage must be small and uncomfortible) keep her in the cage for 2 day with food and water it will break her of it
