Okay, so TSC replaced the chick that I lost.. I got her today.. I was a bit worried how mama and babies would act to a new one joining them cuz they have been together for two weeks now.. well, I brought her home and plopped her in! Mama checked her over a bit and that was that.. mama has four now!! The other chickies pretty much didn’t even notice! And little Nina was the first one asleep under mama tonight

... isn’t it the sweetest!? It’s amazing how they instantly know how to be a chick with a mama! Cuz I’m thinking she is the same age as they are so she has been in the bin at TSC for two weeks now! I was worried she wouldn’t go under her being as she was always under a light...

It really is so so sweet and so amazing how instinctual it is!!! And aw that’s sad she was there that long!!! But yeah, she must be similar age cause she looks similar size and I’m not sure they would have accepted a day old so readily. But that is amazing how fast she figured it out and they really are so cute!!!

Well, here they are ... doing well. They are 4 weeks old now... still hardly feathered.. and it doesn’t look like a frizzle after all
