Broody??? Too Funny!! *PIC ADDED* Pg. 7

my hen came off her eggs the other day and layed such a massive poop i woulda sworn it was my puppy except it was 3 times the size of hers!! yucky holy smell!! i thought my roosters was bad...

broody......rhymes with moody.....coincidence? I think not!

My theory is that this is the smartest bird in history. She was sitting on the roost one day thinking, " She keeps calling me meatie, that can't be good. I have to think of something quick. Now, how can I insure that I will not end up in the pot? What will make her want to keep me around? Wait! I've got an idea.... where is that nest?...."

One smart bird, don't you think?

At least the broody meatie is getting up once a day to eat, drink and poop; which is more than I can say for the other broody.
