Those are gorgeous! Some of them have a double- triple chin. Lol. I am so praying my one is a male. I have someone coming this weekend if the weather isn't too bad to sex all my goslings. Only one buff and 7 grey Holderreads. Please please please...be a male...lol

I can tell by the shape of their heads on standard or production grey Toulouse but with dewlaps...I am only right half the time. Lol. Guess I would be in the same situation if I called them all males or all females or tossed a coin. Lol. Anyways- here is a photo of my one buff baby taken today. To me- if it was regular Toulouse- I'd say female. What does everyone else think- male or female? Not to worry...I won't hold you accountable if its not what you think it is. Lol

Well had my goslings sexed- I have 3 males and 4 females in the grey Holderread's line and......my one buff....it's a girl The guy that did it just pressed on the back end- he said they are to hard to do vent sexing at the age- so going on appearance, coloring, and bone structure...that's what he thinks I have. I know dewlaps can fool you so I'm crossing my fingers and will know by spring.

Is anyone going to be selling buff dewlap goslings or fertile eggs in spring? I love to get a good line in with my girls.

Rivergoddess those are awesome. i am with ktuvam.. i want to build a house for some geese over the winter and would love to find a place to buy either eggs or young ones
