Bugs on my three broody hens and eggs

I have three hens with bugs on them I don’t know if it’s mites or not but I gave them the worms and mites meds (to my whole flock)I’d like to know if these are mites and if the meds kill or just prevents the bugs. And will the bugs effect the eggs in a negative way when hatching? : here’s the pictures of dove

I treated them with something my chicken vet gave me I’ll send a picture! And. Ten eggs are hatching around this weekend to next(20-25), then the other ten eggs are due my 2nd

I would dust the eggs/nest with permethrin based poultry dust.
