Poor guy is just built like a sandbag, no matter how many times you walk a bully they'll still be chonky😂
Mine gets like 1.5 cups of food a day and he still packs on a lot of weight.
He's also just so muscular, he could sniff a dumbbell and it would go straight to his thighs. Makes it hard to bathe him if he's not feeling it but he's just such a patient boy he chooses not to leverage his fatness against me🥹

Interesting, ime they have been really good at self regulating. I can put food in a bowl and they'll only eat what they need and stay at a normal weight. Now they are very muscular so even the females will be at least a bit bulky from that. I free feed a good quality kibble and that has worked. Obviously doesn't work with every dog but it has worked for the individual dogs I've tended to and/or owned. If weight ever becomes an issue I will obviously restrict feed
