I was able to get in touch with my vet again and he said that he wouldn't be able to comment on the amount of chlorine. But yes CASPORTPONY it is just diluted bleach. He said he isn't in the pool business but his dogs drink pool water all day long LOL. For whatever reason my ducks are really healthy and I have never had an issue since I put them in the pool. I can say that I use 4 chlorine tabs from Clorox in the floater which sits on top of the water and is slow release around the 4th -5th day I add another 4 tabs. But you don't need a lot of it. This is merely an observation by me and I hope no one gets offended. I offer the best for my pets and would never harm any of them.

I know that Chlorine will mess up the ducks oil gland so I am guessing once you figure out about the bleach then you can decide what to do.
