Bumblefoot gone bad

She is doing great! The open wound has completely closed so I am leaving it unwrapped now. She still doesn’t grip great with it, but she accommodates well. She is completely integrated into my flock and all is well!!!
 
Here are the current pics. As you can see, she is going to loses the whole pad of her foot, but the tissue underneath has healed up nicely I think. I can’t wrap it anymore due to the pad falling off, but everything is scanned over and dried up. There is no more swelling and she is getting around just fine…with exception on the piece of her foot that is falling off.

The change is remarkable! I'm sure once that pad falls off, she'll be able to walk much better.
