So it appears that thing isn't coming out without cutting. It feels connected to pus that I can now feel right under it. I've been trying to work it out with tweezers for the last 10 minutes & my back feels like it's crumbling!

Best way to explain it is it's like a wart with a root but it's a plug of puss that is thick..
