Ha, I hear you! I have stuff sorted now but there was a while when I just had a big pile of unknown messy medical supplies. So hard to keep track of.I really wish I would have taken some pics of Brownie's foot after I removed the bumble. She bled quite a bit after the first surgery. I held a clean gauze pad on it with light pressure & I had styptic (did I spell that right?) powder, but by the time my son got the package opened for me the bleeding had stopped. The whole procedure was like a comedy of errors. I was very unprepared. I had everything purchased, but nothing set up. So everytime I needed something I had one of my kids running around looking for it for me!Oh, well! I learned! The next time I had everything prepared ahead of time & now I keep everything neatly labeled & in a tote.
Sorry for the rant. I went completely off topic! The whole point of my post was to say that there was definitely bleeding the first time, but the second time there was significantly less & every time thereafter there was barely any blood! Whew! That was a long post to say almost nothing!
