Bumblefoot toe

I have a Pekin duck with bumblefoot. We have been dealing with it for probably a month now. I am reading some of the other posts and seeing I was supposed to do something with the scab. I didn't do that. She has had daily epsom soaks with some sprays from the feed store and Neosporin. The swelling has come out of the toe itself, but there is a nasty nodule on the underside of the toe. That has now turned black and hard, and I don't know what to do now. Advice please!
