Our new coop is still under construction so they are currently in a pen out in the run, it has no floor so its just dirt. I think everyone is getting bumblefoot because where i live the ground it mostly rock, so i think they keep cutting their feet on the rocks

Thanks so much for the help. I'm going to go through my whole flock again and check if anyone else has bumble, which i hope no one does. Im going to have to get sand or something to put down in the run to cover up our ground because this is ridiculous
