Bumblefoot?

Pics
before I put her to soak I noticed something sticking out, so I grabbed sterile tweezers, sprayed it with Vetericyn and started pulling at it, it seemed like puss so I kept pulling at it until it came out all of it. Not much. It might have been some of the ointment but im not sure, I have noticed that the white stuff in the middle is just skin.
I will encourage you to seek vet care.

Not a lot has changed since the 7th except now the foot looks like is has some swelling.

I think it's time to see the vet.

I agree with you, Im going to talk to my parents about it. Do you think I should wait for the prid drawing salve to come? And give it 2 days and see if it gets any better?

Has this gone down?

Yesterday...
Wyorp has pointed out that some swelling is showing in the underside pad of the foot in the latest photo & is suggesting a vet visit now & I'm inclined to agree. It's the best thing to do & time for your family to decide over. It seems the infection is too stubborn to treat at home.

Oh, the decisions we have to make when having pets!

Yes I know ughh! The only vet that takes chickens has 4 stars... Hopefully not a waste. Should I give it some time now that I have the Prid? Or that may not help? You say its puss filled, why didnt I get puss then?

Her foot tonight.

I didn't say pus filled. I said swelling is in the latest photo. That is indication of something going on. Only your family can make the decision if/when to take a bird to a vet and 4 stars is not a bad rating. Some clients leave bad reviews who might not like the waiting to be seen, or they don't like the Dr or receptionist's smile, or just plain complainers.

Meanwhile keep up the treatments. i hope prid works but don't be disappointed if there's no improvement. My personal feeling is the sooner a bird gets to the vet the better. But again it's your family's decision.

Much blessings as your family makes these tough decisions about your precious hen ❤️.

FWIW, two things. I agree the pad looks more swollen, but the leg is not greatly swollen, which suggests that the infection is not traveling up the leg. Therefore likely don’t need antibiotics.
Secondly patience. It can take weeks to heal bumblefoot. You cannot expect it to resolve in a day.
