And loving mama (she wasn't very happy with my intrusion lol)

And 9 little ones that all look like this:

I was hoping there would be a little variety, maybe some will be grey and some black? I can't believe she had 9 her first time! What a trooper! Right on time too [IMG]

Congratulations! Are they hiding under all that fluff?

Maybe some will grow out and change color a bit [IMG]

I don't know a lot about rabbits - used to own a pet one but that's it.

Yes, they are hidden in the fluff. I should have taken a pic of the squirming pile of bun-buns without the fluff on them while I was out there but didn't think of it. Mama wasn't too keen on my intrusion so I'd probably better leave her be for a while. Next time I check them I'll take a pic of the pile [IMG]

They sure are active little boogers! I used to breed rabbits when I was younger but I never bothered to check them like this. I never knew how many babies there were until they were starting to venture out [IMG]

They are local mixes [IMG] I believe mama is a Havana mix and have no clue what breed daddy is. Most people use these as meat rabbits around here, they get decent sized but don't eat you out of house and home. Ours are just pets, and we're hoping their babies will be too [IMG]
