I'm so sorry.
Many things may have happened, as it doesn't take much to upset a doe with her litter. Even does that have been well handled prior to becoming pregnant can get upset by a variety of things, and that threatening feeling may cause her to abandon/kill a litter so that she can save her strength for another try later.
If you decide to breed her again you may want to find her the quietest possible space - limit noise, activity, and anything else she may deem to be a threat.
What breed is she? Some breeds are much better mothers than others...
