But I don't want a cat. pg3-Graphic pics. Pg 1, last update.

He's doing well. He's terrified of me because of the injections I have to give him but they end tomorrow so he should settle down after that..I hope

Once he is further along the road of healing, I'll let him have the run of the house but for now, he's in a big dog crate with a litter box, food, water & an old shirt of mine to cuddle on.

Aaaww, what a beautiful kitty! I just wanted to say that I have a cat who is a year old and I do have chickens and chicks. The cat is nearly always outside and has never hurt a chicken or chick (although he has shown interest) so I wanted to put your mind at rest with yours. The cat and chicken will get used to each other and the dog. When I first got our cat he was 4 weeks old and a week later we got a St Bernard from a rescue centre. The cat was so scared but they are used to each other now. With the hair thing my cat has the same sort of coat as yours and to be honest he does shed but not that much, I guess your lucky he's a short hair and not a long hair (longs hairs are annoying!!!). Anyways i'm glad you decided to take him in it can be a tough decision especially if your not a cat person. I'm sure you will get quite attached to him and hopefully he won't have any more bad meetings with the dogs outside. Hope he gets better soon :)
