Slightly Rednecked does a great video on this too. He does so many great tutorial videos. Not saying one video is better than the other but I figure multiple sources can't hurt. I have never processed quail but I do know there are multiple ways to do Chickens so I get the feeling there are multiple ways to do quail too.
I hope your first time goes better than my first time with a chicken... it likely will because quail are easier I am told.

Yes thank you. I watch a lot of Slightly Rednecked for quail stuff. I am butchering today so I will make sure to get some pictures.
