I just wanted to know, should button quail that will be kept as a pair be from different clutches/batches of eggs? Can they be from the same clutch?

Don't know about the quail but for the smilies you click on the smiley face on the bottom row of the options bar at the top of where you type and then alll the faces will be at the bottom of the text window

If you intend to let them hatch eggs, they shouldn't be related. If you'll take out any eggs, they can be as closely related as you want.

Fishkeeper, since I'll be taking out all eggs, I think it'll be ok.
