Just to add my 2cents... I'm an Ebayer with 723 100% feedback. I'm a buyer, not a seller. I've sold maybe 5 things. Looking at it from a buyers perspective, your buyer's full of poop. In 10 years and 723+ transactions, I have left negative feedback once (the money was taken and the item was reposted). I never begin a dispute with a negative feedback threat. I've had auctions where the items were not as described, or they sent the wrong thing and I always tried to work with the seller. Sometimes I like the wrong item better and that has worked for the seller, or I return the wrong item and they send the right one. To demand that a seller refund the money without returning anything or giving the seller the opportunity to replace with like, same, kind, is wrong. This smells like a scam.
I just purchased silkie eggs off of
Ebay and understood the risks I was taking in paying to have eggs shipped. They're eggs for pete's sake! If you package your eggs similar to my seller, you did a spectacular job. I live in central/south Texas, so temperature wasn't a factor for me, but if we had snow, I am intelligent enough to know that perhaps it's not the best time to have eggs shipped to me.
One more thing...if you have less than 100% feedback and had a negative, I would still consider buying from you, if you had what I wanted and you explained the negative in your feedback response. You always take a chance buying off
Ebay, if the buyer doesn't understand that, she needs to stop bidding.
