Yes but, if it's been kept dry then it's not rotten or anything, just not as good as it once was. I was surprised that animal feed is so expensive online since Amozon made everything else so cheap to ship. Your just going to have do some web surfing and find the best deal you can. Or just buy several bags when you leave the area. How many birds and what kind are you raising?
