BWAA, HA, HA! You would think that after 15 years, the Hubs would know better than to dare me...

If you're willing to do it anything can happen.
It happens even faster when someone tells you "You cant do that." or "It will never work here."
My button is when someone forces me to do it the wrong way.

Anyway I have my own chicken coop on the 19th floor of my apartment and everyone said I was crazy to try.
Check it out:

You'll be up to 26, uh I mean 24 chcickens in no time. (Trust me, even if they come to inspect dont wory just keep them running around. Chickens are hard to count when you keep them moving and have over 10)

Keep up the good work and good luck with the roof.

Chambertin, I love what you did with the roof space. That is so great.

chickens are hard to count. I only have 6 and I swear I never can count over 4 because they move so much i always end up counting 1 more than once LOL

....He thinks he can just pretend I'm not going to do this. Ha, ha. He should know by now that once I set my mind to something, it's going to happen. So, I told him I am going to clean out "the shed" this week, and he laughed at me. i told him that once it was clean, I was getting my chickens. He laughed harder....

Well....being a Husband for 39 years I hate to rain on your parade.

His whole purpose of his “laughing” is so he doesn’t have to help!

I have to agree I know a lot of husband like to pretend they don't know how to do something so we can "show them" and in turn it ends up us doing it for them while they watch. LOL

No worries in that regard here. I am very mechanically inclined. I only need my hubby's help when I need to have him hold the other end while I tack things in place. On a good note, he loves building projects as much as I do and we tackle them together.

Pssssst...................it was my husbands idea to get chickens. We started with 7 and almost 4 years later have 40. It quickly became "MY" hobby. Chicken math and all. He's in for it now, because now I want goats.
