needed sure sparked off the hip twinge
Throughout the course of my S1 nerve recovery, I discovered that I do much better overall on days I've done my workout. It's weight lifting only but does get the heartbeat whipped up. I can feel that "nice" sore muscles feeling all over but it seems to help the "not nice" nerve pain. Maybe it's the muscles squeezing against the nerve and the gentle stretching that is required. I don't really know.

On days I'm unmotivated and don't do my workout when I'm supposed to, I am much stiffer overall and have more nerve pain.

I really do like my gym. The foam padding floor is awesome, it's nice and bright with plenty of room, my wall mirrors are helping me quite a bit on improving my form and the little wall heater I installed is just right to take the nip out of the air until my body temp starts to climb from the work. Then I just shut it off.

C got me an echo pop speaker for the gym so I can play music while I'm down there. I found him a used treadmill on Marketplace and it was moved into the gym yesterday.

Me too, though hubby was very disappointed the last 2-3 times we went there. He won't go there again for ice cream.

They did not have vanilla ice cream. Nope, none.
My Nana got some from there and went on a rant about how the pistachio tastes fake. I'll take her word for it. She says she's had way better pistachio cream before.

'Blessed Chaos' indeed. We dealt with that last weekend. Had a great time - glad to see them leave. :p
Yep - it’s a lot easier to say goodbye when they leave here than when we leave them! 🤣 I tell people that when they all leave, I check the cars to be sure they each have the appropriate number of children and dogs before they’re cleared to go. I was asked once what happens if they get the wrong kids? I said, “That’s their problem. They can sort that out among themselves!”

I have another hen laying now! I am pretty sure it's Little, as she also has a very red comb and wattles. It was also a Little sized egg at 55 grams. She's a full size hen, but has always laid the smallest eggs.

Be careful what you name your chickens, as they could live up (or down) to the moniker.
I found this to be true in many cases of people or animals live up to their moniker or name.

I have a Wyandotte hen likes that, so big and lay a small pointy egg.
