Throughout the course of my S1 nerve recovery, I discovered that I do much better overall on days I've done my workout. It's weight lifting only but does get the heartbeat whipped up. I can feel that "nice" sore muscles feeling all over but it seems to help the "not nice" nerve pain. Maybe it's the muscles squeezing against the nerve and the gentle stretching that is required. I don't really know.needed sure sparked off the hip twinge
On days I'm unmotivated and don't do my workout when I'm supposed to, I am much stiffer overall and have more nerve pain.
I really do like my gym. The foam padding floor is awesome, it's nice and bright with plenty of room, my wall mirrors are helping me quite a bit on improving my form and the little wall heater I installed is just right to take the nip out of the air until my body temp starts to climb from the work. Then I just shut it off.
C got me an echo pop speaker for the gym so I can play music while I'm down there. I found him a used treadmill on Marketplace and it was moved into the gym yesterday.
