Not too worried about bears over here these days.....  we are ready now.    LOL!
The horses are actually getting here earlier than predicted,  but I still have to wait for the bank to open,  Fuel money ya know, for those free horses.......   that I wasn't looking for.....  no good deed goes unpunished and all that......

Margie, they caught your bear!!

Lol i saw this. That would be an unpleasant surprise in the morning.

That would be a stinky horrid mess!
On another note, THEY ARE HERE! Only two horses, 4 ears and 8 legs. Counted them multiple times. They are chilling out in the paddock for the night, eating and drinking and looking just fine after that long haul. My truck sprung a power steering leak this am and so I pulled into our repair shop and they filled it up but I still had to stop in Co. Springs and get more for the trip home. I bought a gallon because the truck doc appt is on Friday and who knows what might happen in between then and now.
They loaded and rode perfect in the trailer and backed out and are very nice horses. The big boy is HUGE. Didn't know they crossed GV's with elephants....... We will be figuring this out as we go along.

My Dear Margie,
I thought that you knew what you were getting into with a Gypsy Vanner. I hope that his size don't worry you guys, most of them are sweethearts and not any trouble (outside of the size, ya-gota remember just how big a draft horse is and how much room they take up just standing there.)
Scott (who's glad that you had a good trip!)

Good morning, I'm ready for some coffee!

I love to look at horses, the obvious strength and power just amazes me, but I've always been kinda scared of them.
